Xerox 700

Our latest, state of the art digital equipment means we can achieve colour accuracy, reproduction quality and turnaround times to meet the most stringent requirements.
The Xerox 700 provides exceptional image quality, with the highest resolution available – 2400 x 2400 dpi, which produces smooth colour sweeps, sharp, high-resolution photographs, crisp, clean text, outstanding gradients and fine detail.

The system produces high value documents with a smooth, offset-like matte finish, outstanding shadow detail, and superior halftones with low melt Emulsion Aggregation (EA) toner. EA Toner is Xerox's patented organically-grown toner; its miniscule particles help ensure high-quality halftones, smooth transitions and rich shadow detail. This environmentally-friendly, low-melt EA Toner requires less energy to manufacture and print, minimizing the impact on the environment!

Roland VP 540

Our new Roland VP-540 VersaCamm Diecut Printer uses 100% VOC (volatile organic compound) free inks. Roland has tested and profiled a new line of substrates that will yield consistent print results with the mild solvent inks.

We also hold a high volume black and white machine, the Xerox 4110, which runs at 110 sheets a minute as well as stapling and booklet making. Maximum sheet size is 320mm x 450mm (SRA3).

We can print on a wide variety of substrates, coated and uncoated (80gsm - 350gsm), transparencies, labels and much more.

We offer a full range of finishing services including folding, creasing, lamination, stitching, wiro binding and encapsulation.
