Delivery Policy

Kingswood Steele can deliver to the local London area, to the UK, and to the rest of the world. We use same-day couriers and the Royal Mail for London and surrounding areas, and overnight couriers for all other locations. Please ask us for a quote for your delivery price prior to delivery, as same-day courier prices vary by postcode and vehicle type. Royal Mail prices vary by weight, parcel size and destination country, and overnight courier prices vary by weight, destination and delivery times. (If you have specific requirement such as before 9am, or at a special address, we can accommodate those needs.)

With same-day couriers, special Royal Mail deliveries, and overnight couriers, we can provide tracking information, upon request.

Return/Refund Policy

We normally do not accept returns after print has been completed, unless the print items are materially in error due to our printing process, or the print items have been materially damaged by our couriers.

Claims for errors, damages, or shortages must be submitted in writing (fax, email, or Royal Mail) and no longer than 48 hours from date of pickup/shipment.

The item should be returned in its original condition (to demonstrate any error or damage) before a refund can be issued.

Cancellation Policy

Please contact us immediately if you have to cancel your print job, as with tight turnaround deadlines, your print job may well be in progress. Upon receipt of your cancellation instructions, we will end print procedures, but we will have to charge for any typesetting, printing or finishing which has already been completed.

If necessary, we can hold onto the partially finished job in anticipation of instructions for changes, or deliver what we have completed.

Privacy Policy

We do not keep credit/debit card numbers on file, for the protection of the consumer. After each transaction, all records of credit/debit card numbers are immediately destroyed. We will require you to quote your credit/debit card numbers with each new transaction.

We keep records of names, addresses, phone numbers and email addresses of our customers for ease of customer support. We only use the personal/company data you provide to supply you with the information, products or advice you have requested. And, we do not share any of this information with any third party.
